Fee questions
Why 5% when brokers charge more?+
A broker's fee buys hours. Software does those hours now. We pass the savings on. People still price, negotiate and close.
When is the fee paid?+
At closing, from proceeds. Unsold means nothing owed. No retainer. No monthly charge.
Is there a minimum fee?+
No. The letter states a percentage only. Any future minimum goes in the letter.
What if I find my own buyer?+
Name them before signing. We carve them out. Or we run that deal, reduced fee. In writing first.
Does a buyer pay anything?+
Registering is free. Representation is 3% at closing. Cooperating fees are credited. Dual representation stays 5% total.
Free valuation if I never sell?+
Yes. The estimate needs no account. The full account is free too. It stays yours.
What happened to the subscriptions?+
Gone. Those tools now sell your practice. They are included in the fee. Existing accounts stopped paying.
What is not included?+
Legal and tax advice. The lease and the building. Your attorney and CPA handle those. No sale or price is guaranteed.
Still deciding? Take the free estimate first. Six numbers. Nothing submitted.
