- 1
Get your number
Six numbers, instant. Or upload a P&L. Free either way. Nothing published.

- 3
We market it quietly

Why we can charge half.
A broker's fee buys hours. Software does those hours now. People do what still needs people. Pricing. Negotiation. Closing. That is what you pay for.
The valuation is computed
Your books, read once. Everything generated from them.
Buyers qualify themselves
Verification and NDA happen in software. Before anyone's time is spent.
One data room
Not forty email threads. Every view logged.
The registry knows who is buying
Budget. Timeline. Financing. Marketing starts with matches.
Same work. Half the fee.
8–10% is the norm. We charge 5%. On $1,200,000, you keep $36,000–$60,000 more.

Full fee terms on the pricing page. Dental Practice Connect LLC. A Texas business brokerage. Not a law firm. Not an accounting firm. Not a real estate brokerage. Who you are dealing with
I co-founded a dental practice. I ran its business side. I led its sale to a DSO. Before that, Fortune 500 corporate finance. An MBA in Finance, UT McCombs. The sale took too many hours. Software should have done most of them. So we built it.

Questions sellers ask
What does the fee cover?+
Everything. Valuation. Prospectus. Marketing. Buyer screening and NDA. Data room. Offers and negotiation. Financing and diligence. Closing. Paid at closing, from proceeds. No retainer. No monthly fee. Nothing if it does not sell.
Is it really nothing up front?+
Yes. The valuation is free. The call is free. No retainer. We are paid when you are. Your attorney and CPA bill separately.
Will my staff find out?+
Not from us. The listing is blind. No name. No address. Banded numbers. Buyers verify and sign first. Then you approve them. Every document view is logged.
How long is the engagement?+
A fixed term, exclusive. A tail for buyers we introduced. You read the letter first. Ask us anything before signing.
What if I already have a buyer?+
Tell us before you sign. We carve them out. Or we run that deal, reduced fee. In writing, before we start.
Do you represent buyers too?+
Yes. Both sides are told in writing. Both agree. The fee stays 5% total. Or we step back from one side.
What is not included?+
Legal advice. Tax advice. The lease and the building. Your attorney handles those. Texas licenses lease work. We hold no such license. Your CPA handles tax. No sale or price is guaranteed.
I am years from selling. Too early?+
No. It is the best time. See what buyers will discount. Fix it while it is cheap. No fee until you sell.
Start with the number. Even years out.
